BASIC CONTRACT CONDITIONS

Conditions of Car Rental

  1. Service with Driver
     The rental of our cars is exclusively with a driver provided by our company.

  2. Agreements Estimates
     Each rental service follows the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, including rates, routes and schedules.

  3. Reserve Cars
     For events and weddings, the company will guarantee a second car from among those available to ensure service in case of breakdown or technical inconvenience. The car may not be the same due to unavailability of the same models within the fleet.

  4. Consumption of Food and Drink
     Consumption of food or drink, except bottled water, is prohibited on board cars.

  5. Pets
     Pets are not allowed on board, except in exceptional cases to be agreed upon in advance.

  6. Seat Belts
     Some cars are not required to wear seat belts. Passengers are exempt from their use.

  7. Children's Access
     Children are allowed on board, but we do not have special child seats. Pens, paints or substances that can stain interior fabrics are not allowed.

  8. Routes and Stops
     The route of the cars will be arranged at the time of booking. Any stops or detours are allowed only for short stretches, provided the road surface is suitable for the transit of our cars, in the sole judgment of the driver.

  9. Cleaning During Stopovers
    During stops for photos or excursions, passengers are asked to avoid muddy, dusty grounds or grounds that may soil the interior. A sole cleaning kit will be available on board.

  10. Weather Conditions
     In case of bad weather, Dreaming Cars reserves the right to substitute the chosen car to ensure the safety and security of customers.

  11. Hourly Flexibility
    There is a flexibility of 1 hour beyond the agreed time for half-day services and 2 hours for full-day services. Extra hours will be calculated according to agreed rates.

  12. Protective Deposit
     Dreaming Cars reserves the right to request a deposit for any damage done to the cars. The amount will be returned upon completion of the service, unless damage is found.

  13. Prohibition of Driving for Customers
     Under no circumstances will customers be allowed to drive the cars, even for short distances or in private areas.
